摘要
为推进各气象台站天气预报播放的标准化 ,应用先进的面向对象技术、数据库技术与多媒体技术 ,进行了气象台站语音编播系统的设计与开发 ,实现了语音素材录入、天气预报编辑和播放等功能 。
For the purpose of promotion the normalization of weather forecast in some weather bureaus, applying the techniques of Objectorient, Database and Multimedia, the design and development of voice edit & play system is completed, and the functions of voice material's input, weather forecast's edit and play are all implemented. The system has well effect in using by some counties in Heilongjiang Province.
