摘要
结合实践 ,论述了菌种场的合理布局及制种所需设备 ,强调了食用菌制备过程中每一环节可能出现的问题 。
Combining with practice, the authors expound the reasonable disposition and necessary equipments for fungus strain farm, and emphasize the possible existing problems in each chains during preparation of edible fungus. Meanwhile put forward the measures to these problems.
