摘要
采用苏云金杆菌H3 - 1 1 1菌株摇瓶培养液对舞毒蛾进行了室内毒力测定 ,48h毒力回归方程为Y=4.42 2 0 +1 .631 1X ,γ =0 .965 2 ,LC50 =0 .0 0 0 0 4 5 2 ,与标准品比较 ,其生物效价为 2 766 .0 4IU·mg- 1 ,大田试验菌液稀释 2 0 0~ 60 0倍 ,96h防效达 61 .1 %~ 83 .8% ,有较高的毒效 ,有必要进一步扩大试验 。
A novel Bacillus thuringiensis Mutant strain H3-111 for control of tree pest is described in the paper. Toxic regression equation for BtH3-111 broth of 48h on Lymantria dispar in laboratory test is Y =4.422 0+1.631 1 X ,γ=0.965 2, LC50=0.000 045 2, and compared with standard sample(HD-1-S-1982), efficacy is 2 766.04 IU·mg -1 ; meanwhile there has found to be 61.1%~83.8% of mortality with dilution of 200~600 times in field test. It is nessary to further test in field to examine the application of control to Lymantria dispar in large scale.
