濮 2-平1调整水平井位于东濮凹陷中央隆起带北部濮城背斜南部濮53区块。该井完钻斜深为2879.80,垂深为2370.71 m,水平段长为380 m,总位移为629 m,最大井斜为92.7°。该井在长期注采连通性好的砂层中钻进,极易发生漏失、返水、井壁坍塌等复杂情况。濮2-平1井采用了聚合醇正电胶欠饱和盐水钻井液。现场应用表明,聚合醇正电胶欠饱和盐水钻井液体系具有抑制盐溶解能力和稳定井壁能力,悬浮携砂和抗污染能力强,泥饼质量好。井下摩阻低,钻井液性能稳定,油气层渗透率恢复性好等特点。配合使用随钻堵漏材料和实施工程技术措施,克服了盐水侵、泵排量小等不利因素,成功地防止了地层的漏失。聚合醇正电胶盐水钻井液可满足盐层区块的调整水平井、大斜度、大位移定向井的钻井施工。
Adjustment well Pu2-Pl is located in block Pu53, with completed measured depth of 2879. 8m, TVD of 2370. 71 m, horizontal interval of 380 m, total displacement of 629 m, and max. hole inclination of 92. 7 'C. Because of long period of production and injection in the well-communicated sandstone, lost circulation, water returning, and hole collapsing frequently occur during drilling. Polyol MMH under-saturated slat water drilling fluid is used in this well, and field using shows that this system has good inhibition of salt solution, good hole stabilization, good cuttings transportation & suspension and free of contamination. The quality of mud cake is good, and the downhole friction is low, while the drilling fluid system displays stable performances, and permeability recovery is good in the reservoir. Combining with the use of lost circulation materials and conducting drilling engineering techniques, lost circulation of formation is effectively avoided although there is slat water invasion and small pump rate. This drilling fluid system can be used for the successful drilling of the adjustment horizontal well, high deviated well, and large extended reach well.
