摘要
目的:探讨用金属烤瓷冠修复、美容前牙残冠残根方法。方法:铸造核桩方法修复前牙残冠残根金属烤瓷冠。结果:98例128颗随访,为期3年追踪观察结果冠脱落2颗、桩脱落1颗、崩瓷2颗与修复有关的牙龈炎9例,大部分患者对形态及颜色满意。结论:应尽可能保存前牙残冠残根,用铸造核桩方法修复前牙金属烤瓷冠取得了满意的效果,临床上可推广应用。
Objective:The method of repairing front teeth' s corona and nub is probed into by P F M..Methods:The technology takes effect with the help of founding core post.Results:Following 128teeth of 98cases for three years,most of patien ts are satisfied with shapes and colo rs of the repaired teeth,only two coronas falling off,one post fallin g off,two porcelains collapsing and nine related gingivitis appearing.Con-clusion:To get ideal result,remains of the te eth are preserved as much as possible.satisfied effects have been achieved and aforesaid technology can be popularized in clinic.[
