摘要
为了提高液压电梯的节能效果 ,提出了一种新型的节能液压电梯——配置蓄能器的变频液压电梯 .首先对其系统构成和运行机理进行了讨论及分析 ;然后建立了系统中各个元件的数学模型 ,并利用 MATL AB的SIMU L INK仿真工具对系统上行、下行工况进行数值仿真 .在不同的轿厢负载下 ,对该系统上行和下行的运行速度等参数进行了实验 ,仿真结果和实验结果相比较 ,二者基本吻合 ,论证了数学模型的正确性 .通过与其他液压电梯驱动方式的节能效率进行对比 ,表明该系统节能效果显著 ,运行状况良好 ,适宜在液压电梯和其他垂直提升机械领域中推广应用 .
In order to improve the efficiency of hydraulic elevators, an innovative energy-saving controlled system applying pressure accumulator in hydraulic elevators is brought forward. Firstly, the composition and working principle of the system are discussed under different working status. Then, the mathematical models of the system are established. Numerical simulations of the system were done on the Simulink environment of MATLAB kits. Experiments on the upward and downward movement of the system were done under different typical working conditions. Numerical simulations coincided with experimental results in general. Compared with other hydraulic elevator systems, such as conventional valve controlled system and inverter controlled system, the system with pressure accumulators had the highest energy-saving efficiency. This innovative energy-saving system runs steadily and comfortably, saves energy remarkably and has a good potential for the application in hydraulic elevators and other vertically moved mechanical systems.
