甘蓝型油菜品质性状间动态关系的分析 被引量:2

摘要 本文采用时间序列分析等方法,研究了油菜种子成熟过程中,蛋白质、油分、纤维素、可溶性糖、ATP 和生长量变化过程中的量化规律和动态相关规律。初步认为 ATP 在各发育阶段对有机物质合成有一定影响,其他物质变化过程表现一定程度的显著优势的周期函数特征。说明种子成熟过程中可能有某种代谢调节的共同系统。为了控制该系统以获得高蛋白质、高油分和低纤维素的品种,有必要引进生物系统论和控制论的方法,研究种子合成代谢系统。本文的初步研究表明,这一发育调节系统有可能加以控制。 Using time series analysis and other methods of analysis,the rules ofquantification and dynamic correlation among different quality characters of rapeseed,including the protein,oil,fiber,soluble carbohydrate and ATP content and theamount of seed growth during the process of growth and development,were studied.A preliminary finding was that ATP content was somewhat influential to the synthesisof organic matters in nearly all the growth stages,and the changes of all the othersubstances were of evident periodical funtional characteristics,indicating that theremight be a common anabolic regulating system in all the stages during the course ofseed formation.In order to have control over such a system so as to obtain newcultivars with higher protein and oil content and lower fiber content,it is necessary tointroduce the method of biological system theory and cybernetics into the study of theanabolic system of seed formation.Results of preliminary studies showed that it is pos-sible to have control over such a system.
