玉米茎秆抗倒特性的解剖研究 被引量:113

摘要 用易倒伏的老农家品种小粒红和中抗倒伏掖单2号高产杂交种以及高抗倒伏的掖单4号高产杂交种,田间春播,于蜡熟期取地上第三节间测定,结果表明:掖单4号茎秆硬皮组织厚,机械组织发达,维管束鞘厚度大,单位面积内维管束数目多,纤维细胞机械性能好,木质化薄壁细胞多,茎秆中构成物质多等,因此抗倒能力强。 The anatomical structures of the stalks of 3 maize varieties/hybrids,namely,XiaoliHong,a non-resistant local variety,Yedan No.4,a hybrid highly resistant to lodging,andYedan No.2,a hybrid with intermediate resistance,were studied for their different resist-ance to lodging.All 3 were grown in the same field in spring.At the waxy stage,the 3rdinternodes of the above-ground parts of the stalks were cut down and their anatomicalstructures studied comparatively.The results are as follows:It was found that with Yedan No.4,the hybrid with the highest resistance,the rind isthe thickest among the three;the sclerenchyma and vascular bundle sheaths arewelldeveloped;the mechanical properties of the fiber cells are better.It has more vascularbundles per unit area in a cross section,more lignified parenchyma cells,and the total dryweight of the stalk is the highest among the three.All of these will surely lead to betterresistance to lodging.
