摘要
习近平文化观植根于中国现实,反观中西古今,是对中国特色社会主义理论和道路的深刻把握。其精神内核表现为彰显文化的主体地位、确立高度的文化自信,科学界定中国特色社会主义文化的内涵,提出中国特色社会主义文化的发展进路。文化自信的建立和增强,细化在具体的文化发展措施中,包括意识形态、社会主义核心价值观和思想道德、社会主义文艺、文化事业与文化产业等方面。作为指导思想和行动方案,习近平文化观对弘扬、引领中华文化,实现社会主义文化进步,提升、传播国际话语权具有重要的时代价值。
Xi Jinping’s cultural view is rooted in China’s reality,looking back to the ancient and modern times.It is a profound grasp of the theory and path of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Its spiritual core is to highlight the dominant position of culture and establish a high degree of cultural self-confidence;its distinctive theme is to scientifically define the connotation of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics and to propose a development approach to socialist culture with Chinese characteristics.The establishment and enhancement of cultural self-confidence,should be elaborated in specific cultural development measures,including ideology,socialist core values and ideological morality,socialist literature and art,cultural undertakings and cultural industries.As a guiding ideology and an action plan,Xi Jinping’s cultural view has important value for the promotion and guidance of Chinese culture,the realization of socialist cultural progress,and the promotion and spread of the international discourse power.
