摘要
1997年在芥菜型油菜(B.juncea)隐性核不育材料05S姊妹交后代中发现具光温敏感特性的不育材料,于1999年育成光温敏核不育系K121S。在昆明(北纬25°01′)自然温光气候条件下,K121S表现稳定的夏播不育,秋播可育。不育期间不育株率及不育度均可达100%,可育期间自交结实率可达到70%以上。K121S育性主要受温度影响,日最低气温<10℃,日照长度<12h可育;日最低气温>10℃,日照长度>12h不育。K121S恢复源广泛,可利用于两系育种及生产。
A photo-thermosensitive sterile material was found from genetic male sterility (GMS) line 05S in Chinese mustard (Brassica juncea) in 1997, and in 1999 it was selected further into a photo-thermosensitive GMS line named K121S. It showed stable male sterility in summer-sowing while temperature >10℃ and day-length >12h and male ferility in autumn-sowing while temperature<10℃ and day-length <12h under the climate condition of Kunming (northern latitude 25°01′). During the sterility K121S have 100% of sterile plant and male sterility degree reached to 100%. During the fertility its self-setting rate reached to 70%. K121S was controlled by recessive gene in inheritance, which have wide restorer and can be used to breed and produce mustard hybrids.
