摘要
通过温光条件诱导甜菜 (Beta vulgaris L .)当年抽薹的过程中 ,诱导株内部发生着复杂而综合的生理和生化过程 ,在低温春化后细胞色素氧化酶活性表现出较高水平 ,以后随着生育的进程而逐渐降低 ,与对照组差异显著。试验设计中首次运用甜菜材料进行了细胞色素氧化酶的超微细胞化学定位 ,并与上述结果相互佐证 。
In the course of inducing by low temperature and photoperiod,there have been some complex physiological and biochemical processes in the induced plant.After vernalized by low temperature,the activity of cytochrome oxidase increases a lot and then gradually decreases,which were significantly different with that of the control.Furthermore,this results obtained in this experiment were also shown by the location of cytochrome oxidase in cell supermicrostructure.$$$$
