摘要
用二次正交旋转组合试验设计 ,对脱胚玉米挤压膨化物糖化后还原糖含量进行分析 ,得出良好的挤压膨化工艺参数。在此参数下获得的物料 ,与未膨化样品同时进行观察酵母在其中的生长繁殖情况 ,得出物料经膨化处理后有利于酵母繁殖和酵母稳定期延长的结论。添加营养盐后效果更加明显 。
Reducing sugar content of saccharified extrudates was analyzed using the method of quadratic orthogonal rotating combinatorial design and the optimum parameters of extrusion system was obtained.Compared with unextrudates,the growth of yeast in the mixture of a certain ratio of water to extrudate with the parameters was enhanced and the stationary phase was lengthened.This result was more obvious after nutrient salt was added.The fermentation time was shortened in the process.$$$$
