摘要
用大豆疫霉 Phytophthora sojae菌丝可溶性蛋白免疫家兔制备多克隆抗血清 ,用间接EL ISA 方法测定其与 Phytop hthora sojae、Phytophthora capsici、Phytophthora inf estans、Phytophthora cactorum、Phytophthora cinnamomi、Phytophthora citrophthora、Phytop hthorap arasitica、Phytophthora palmivora 8个疫霉种的 2 3个纯培养菌株的反应 ,同时检测 31株大豆疫霉人工接种发病植株体内的病原菌。结果表明 ,该多克隆抗血清对大豆疫霉纯培养的检测准确率高达 94 % ,对人工接种发病植株体内目标病原菌的检出率达 80 % 。
The soluble mycelia antigen of Phytophthora sojae was used to immunize male rabbit to make polyclonal antibody,which used to detect 23 strains of Phytophthora sojae,Phytophthora capsici,Phytophthora infestans,Phytophthora cactorum,Phytophthora cinnamomi,Phytophthora citrophthora,Phytophthora parasitica,Phytophthora palmivora in pure cultures and 31 Phytophthora sojae strains from inoculated soybean seedlings.It showed that the high levels of Phytophthora sojae could be detected in pure culture and in inoculated plants.It was concluded that polyclonal antibody based on soluble mycelia antigen may detect Phytophthora sojae specifically with an ELISA test.
