摘要
目的分析有预备瓷贴面和无预备瓷贴面修复的临床效果比较。方法选取本院收治的90例瓷贴面修复牙患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组为有预备瓷贴面,观察组为无预备瓷贴面,比较两组治疗效果、心理状态和敏感发生率。结果观察组心理状态和敏感发生率均显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论口腔修复治疗中选择有预备瓷贴面和无预备瓷贴面均效果显著,但无预备瓷贴面修复技术可降低患者紧张度和敏感。
Objective To analyze the clinical effects of pre-prepared porcelain veneers and non-prepared porcelain veneers. Methods A total of 90 patients with porcelain veneers were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group was given prepared with porcelain veneers. The observation group was given unprepared ceramic paste. The treatment effects,mental status,and sensitivity of the two groups were compared. Results The psychological status and sensitivity of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The choice of prepared porcelain veneers and nonprepared porcelain veneers for oral prosthodontic treatment is effective. However,the non-prepared veneer veneer repair technology can reduce the tension and sensibility of patients.
