摘要
以将未焊接部位视作裂纹的线弹性断裂力学以及 Erdogan的最大周向应力论为基础 ,论述了油缸底盖焊接处未焊接部位的疲劳断裂强度和脆性断裂强度评价的推定方法。
On the basis of linear fracture mechanics in which the unwelding portion was treated as a crack and the maximum tangential stress theory of Erdogan, the author expounded a method to evaluate the fatigue fracture strength and brittle fracture strength for the unwelding portion between a cylinder and its bottom. This method is convenient for strength evaluation and optimum design of the cylinder. The strength evaluation flowchart described in the method provides the basis for analysis of the fatigue fracture strength and brittle fracture strength in the unwelding portion of load cylinder with random size. The ratiocinative method can be applied to other welded joints with similar structure.
