摘要
介绍了一种快速、简便地确定内燃机缸内工作过程循环变动的方法——瞬时转速法 ,阐述了它的原理并给出了应用实例。瞬时转速的测量采用双传感器法 ,阐明了其结构及工作原理 ,并对其测量精度进行分析。提出了利用瞬时转速确定内燃机循环变动的两种参数。将利用瞬时转速法估计的结果同利用气缸压力确定的结果进行比较 ,结果表明 ,瞬时转速法确定内燃机的缸内工作过程循环变动是简便、可行的。
A quick and simple method of determining the cyclic variability of working process in internal combustion engines was introduced, that is, transient speed method, and its principle and actual applications were described. The transient speed was measured by dual sensors method, of which the structure and constitution were described and the measurement accuracy was analyzed. Two kinds of parameters to determine the cyclic variability were given. The results from transient speed were compared with those from cylinder pressure, which showed that it is simple and feasible to determine the cyclic variability of working process with transient speed.
