摘要
对摩擦压力机打击力测量不准确的现象进行了试验验证 ,并从理论上分析了摩擦压力机打击力测量误差产生的原因 ,探讨了摩擦压力机滑块初速度、工件质量和刚度以及测力传感器质量和刚度对摩擦压力机打击力测量误差的影响。
The phenomenon of the unaccurate measuring blow force in the screw press is proved in this paper. The cause of measured errors is analyzed theoretically. And the influence on measured errors is researched which is caused by the initial speed of the slipper, the mass, stiffness of the force transducer and the workpiece in screw press.
