摘要
本文通过对产业结构的非平衡性因素、制定竞争性调控战略的复杂性的分析,来探究产业结构调控的稳定性、合理性和充分性,并尝试性地在若干竞争调控机制方面给出相应的解决思路。
<Abstrcat>Through analysis on the unbalanced factors of industrial structure and the complexity of the making of competitive administration strategy,the paper probes on the steadiness,rationalness and fullness of administration of industrial structure and it tries to offer some corresponding thinking on certain aspects of the competitive administration mechanism.
