摘要
全球经济一体化推动了动态竞争的发展 ,动态竞争环境呼唤着企业的动态竞争能力 ,拥有核心竞争力是企业在动态竞争中创造和保持竞争优势的关键。本文对动态竞争和企业核心竞争力进行了分析 ,并对如何培育企业核心竞争力提出了应对之策。指出我国企业在当前的结构调整中 ,当务之急是要提高核心竞争力 ,制定行之有效的企业战略 ,从容应对入世后面临的国内外激烈挑战。
Dynamic competition, growing up with the globalization of world economy, calls for enterprises dynamic competence which is of importance for enterprises to create and to hold up competitive advantage This paper analyses the dynamic competition and core competence and how enterprises obtain core competence and points out that it is an urgent for Chinese enterprises to develop core competence and to make workable corporate strategy in order to deal with the strong challenges both in home and abroad markets
