摘要
旅游资源非优地区在我国具有一定的普遍性 ,那么这些地区如何合理开发和规划旅游资源 ,如何发展旅游经济使之成为地方经济发展的新的经济增长点 ,是旅游资源非优地区亟待思考并寻找出路的主要问题之一。本文以常州市为例 ,论述了旅游非优地区旅游发展的基本对策 ,或许对我国其它类似地区有启发和借鉴意义。
The tourism industry will manifest excellent developing momentum in 21st century.It has become the pillar industry of many districts of our country,but many of these places are no-optimal districts.So the present situation of tourism calls for the study of no-optimal tourism districts.This essay show the main methods of Changzhou how to develop its tourism industry as a typical no-optimal area in south of Jiangsu province,then it may offer the enlightenment of other places.
