摘要
20世纪90年代以来,有关农村剩余劳动力流动问题的研究成果不断涌现,研究视野涉及了人口流动的相关理论问题、流动群体的现状、特点、趋势、影响以及有关对策设计等方面,其深度和广度前所未有。而尚需进一步探讨的问题包括:农村剩余劳动力流动与乡村稳定的关系、农村人口回流、制度变迁与农村人口流动的关系,等等。
Since the 1990s,research achieveme nts on rural surplus labor have emerg ed with unprecedented range and quality in such fields as the related theoretic al issues on population flow,the pre sent situation,characteristics,t endencies and impact of the floating population,a nd the design of corresponding count ermeasures.The issues pending further dis-cussion include the relationship between the flow of rural surplus labor and rural stability,flow back of rur al population,the relationship between institutional changes and population flow,etc.
