胸段硬膜外阻滞复合异丙酚静脉全麻对单肺通气肺内分流的影响 被引量：2

摘要 目的 :研究胸段硬膜外阻滞复合异丙酚静脉全麻对单肺通气时肺内分流的影响。方法 :择期开胸手术 3 0例 ,分为对照组 (C组 )和实验组 (T +V)。于两肺通气 3 0min(T1)、单肺通气 5min(T2 )、15min(T3 )、3 0min(T4)、60min(T5 )各时刻抽取动脉血和混合静脉血行血气分析 ,根据血气计算肺内分流率 (Qs/Qt)。结果 :T +V组T2～T5各时间点Qs/Qt明显低于C组。结论 :胸段硬膜外复合异丙酚静脉全麻减轻单肺通气时肺内分流。
