摘要
城市化过程改变了城市区域的暴雨径流条件 ,使径流总量增大 ,洪峰流量提高 ,洪峰出现时间提前 ,径流水质变差 ,水中悬浮固体及污染物浓度大幅提高。为了减轻城市径流流量提高和水质污染所带来的不良后果 ,需要采取必要的收集、处理和雨水再利用措施 ,这些措施包括就地径流控制措施 (如多孔沥青、草皮砖和绿化等 )和现场外径流措施 (如渗水池、雨水调节池和湿地等)。
Urbanization changes the rainfall run off condition in city proper, the total run off increases, the flood discharge raises, the flood peak occurs at an earlier time, the water quality of run off becomes poor, suspended solids and pollution concentration in the water increase greatly. In order to relieve the harmful results caused by the increase in run off and water pollution, necessary measures such as collection, disposal and reuse must be adopted. These measures include controlling run off on the spot and outside the spot.
