氨浸—氰化法处理含铜金精矿的研究 被引量:2

摘要 本工作对氮浸一氰化法处理含铜及含铜铅金精矿进行了小型及公斤级扩大试验研究.它表明加压氧化氨浸予处理可提取铜及银,然后再自氯浸渣中提金.此种在105℃下操作的氨浸予处理优于酸浸予处理,铜及银的浸取率高,并且氧耗少。氧浸予处理含铜铅金精矿后,继之用NaOH而非Ca(OH)2调节pH下进行氰化浸金时,不必脱铅即可获得较高的金浸出率。 This paper describes the processing of gold concentrate containing copper and copper-lead by cyanide or thiourea after the pretreatment by pressure ammonia leaching in a bench scale test and enlarged tset of 1 kg per batch. The results indicate that the copper and lead in gold concentrate can be ext- racted by pretreatment and then the gold can be extracted from ammonia leaching residue.The ammonia leacging pretreatment,which is operated at 150℃, has the advantages of higher extraction for copper and silver and lower con- sumption for oxygen than the acid leaching pretreatment After the pretreatment,the leaching residue was treated with cyanide, using NaOH but Ca(OH)_2 as a pH conditioner.Higher gold extraction can be obtained without the step of removing lead before cyandation
