摘要 用α—NAA—^(14)C、^(35)S—蛋氨酸示踪及生理生化实验技术对NAA诱导毛白杨(Pop—ulus tomentosa Crr.)插穗生根过程的研究表明:NAA处理插穗6小时后,其呼吸速率加快,30小时达最高峰;1天后,过氧化物酶某些同功酶的活性加强;2天后,诱导DNA指导下的RNA合成,合成的RNA在细胞质和线粒体中翻译成蛋白质;45天后,NAA诱导插穗黄化茎的皮层细胞分化出分生细胞,从而产生根原基。 The induced process of cuttings rooting in Populus tomentosa with NAA has been investigated by means of tracing, α-NAA-14C and 35S -methionine, with oxygen electrode method and perxidase isoenzymes po-lyacrylamide congeal electrophoresis. It has shown, after soaked with NAA, that the cuttings rate of respiration increased within 6 hours and the peak was attained dramatically within 30 hours, that some peroxidase isoenzymes activities became more active in one day, that the DNA directed RNA synthesis had been induced by 2 days, which might be translated into protein in cytoplasm and mitochondria, that the cells of white shoot parenchyma might be differentiated into the devising cells within 45 days, from which the root primordia might be formed.
