摘要
橡碗栲胶醇溶性物质,用作金属防护涂料的螫合剂目前其用量仅占栲胶中单宁含量的63.48%,占栲胶中可溶性物质的49.39%,而剩下醇不溶性物质全部当作废渣处理。本项研究表明,将其醇不溶物转化后,可回收醇溶物占醇不溶物的59.11%。栲胶中醇溶物的利用率可提高到栲胶中可溶物的90%以上。醇不溶物转化后的基本组分,以经典手段定性为多元酚羧酸衍生物的混合物,与栲胶中原来的醇溶物质组分基本相同。
The alcohol dissolved matter of valonea extractive, which is used as the coating for protecting metals, only contains about 63.48% of tannina content in the valonea extractive and 49.39% of the dissolved matter of the valonea extractive. The rest of the undissolved matter is all dealt with as the waste meterial. This paper mainly introduce a method of transforming 59.11% of the undissolved matter into the alcohol solution, reusing over 90% of the dissolved matter of valonea extractive. The main component of transformed undissolved alcohol matter are qualitatively determined by classification to be the mixture of polyphenols derivate and are the same as the original dissolved alcohol matter in the valonea extractive.
