摘要
在我国非常缺乏森林植被的情况下,广大荒山荒地的灌草丛,对保护土壤资源和提高土壤肥力,尤其对保护和加强我国整体景观生态系统,起着积极的生态作用。本项研究证实,在坡度达40度左右,只要灌草丛覆盖度大于60％,其地下须根网平均密度达20～25个须根/100cm^2以上时,通过根网固结土体的作用,即可保护土壤免于侵蚀。同时,本项研究证实,所有研究点的表土层腐殖质含量均在3.5～5.3％之间。这是灌草丛保护土壤和恢复提高土壤肥力的重要特征。在我国森林植被尚未恢复达到一定合理的覆盖度之前,灌草丛生态系统的功能应受到国家和社会的极大重视,充分发挥它们的生态和经济效益。
The area of forest in China is on the decrease, therefore, the roots of bush-grass have particular effects. This paper studied the action of fibrous roots and showed that the roots of bush-grass could prevent the soil erosion and increase the soil fertility. Before renewing the area of forest in China to the normal state, the bush-grass ecosystem should be made full use of and paid attention to.
