摘要
中空纤维膜过滤法培养微生物,是近年来新兴的一种高技术。它为传统的间歇式发酵操作改为连续化生产过程,提供了一条切实可行的路线。本文介绍了这一技术的基本原理以及它在实际应用中的突出优点。例举了几个典型的应用实例。介绍了国内外近年来这一技术的发展概况,并就目前存在的问题及技术上的改进路线进行了讨论。
The present paper briefly introduces the basic principles of hollow fil- ter module cross-flow filtration and its outstanding merits in practical application.Some typical application examples are given and the state of the art in recent years,home and abroad,the development trend in bioengineering are also discussed.
