复合处理香菇菌糠纤维类成分瘤胃降解率的研究 被引量:3

Effect of combination treatment on ruminal degradability of fiber of waste material from Lentinus edodes in cattle

摘要 选用4头装有永久瘤胃瘘管的杂交黄牛,按4×4拉丁方设计,采用尼龙袋法研究碱化(NaOH)、生物处理及NaOH—生物复合处理香菇菌糠纤维类成分的瘤胃降解率。结果表明:香菇菌糠经NaOH—生物复合处理后,干物质(DM)的瘤胃动态降解率较碱化、生物处理及对照组(未经处理香菇菌糖)分别提高23.46%(P<0.05)、16.17%(P<0.05)及53.64%(P<0.01);中性洗涤纤维(NDF)的瘤胃动态降解率相应提高45.28%(P<0.05)、31.31%(P<0.05)及89.07%(P<0.01);半纤维素(HC)的瘤胃动态降解率提高51.89%(P<0.01)、23.26%(P>0.05)及225.05%(P<0.01);酸性洗涤木质素(ADL)的瘤胃动态降解率提高39.36%(P<0.05)、41.05%(P<0.05)及116.98%(P<0.01)。说明,NaOH—生物复合处理对堤高香菇菌糠纤维类成分瘤胃降解率的效果优于单独的碱化(NaOH)或生物处理。 Four hybrid-yellow cattle fitted with permanent rumen cannulas were used to study degradability of fiber of WM-LE (waste material from Lentinus edodes) treated with four different treatments in nylon bags in rumen of cattle. The experiment was designed with a 4X4 Latin square. Results were as follows: Effective degradability of DM (dry matter) of WMLE treated with NaOH-biology combination treatment was higher than that of WMLE treated with NaOH, biology, control (respectively, 23. 46%, P<0. 05; 16. 17% . P<0. 05 f 53. 64% , P<0. 01). Effective degradability of NDF(neutral detergent fiber) of WMLE treated with NaOH-biology combination treatment was higher than that of WMLE treated with NaOH, biology, control (respectively, 45.28%, P<0. 05; 31.31%, P<0. 05; 89.07%, P<0. 01). Effective degradability of HC(hemicellulose) of WMLE treated with NaOH-biology combination treatment was higher than that of WMLE treated with NaOH, biology, control (respectively, 51.89%, P<0.01; 23.26%, P>0.05; 225.05%, P<0. 01). Effective degradability of ADL (acid detergent lignin) of WMLE treated with NaOH-biology combination treatment was higher than that of WMLE treated with NaOH, biology, control (respectively, 39. 36%, P<0. 05?41. 05%, P<0. 05; 116. 98%, P<0. 01). Effect of degradability of NaOH-biology combination treatment was better than that of single NaOH or biological treatment. Especially NaOH-biology combination treatment significantly improved degradability of ADL in rumen of WMLE.
