Effects of biological organic fertilizer applied to greenhouse vegetables

摘要 以几种叶菜类蔬菜为试验材料,探讨生物有机肥料对温室蔬菜产量、品质和土壤盐分的影响。结果表明:与蔬菜专用肥(对照)相比较,①在增产性能上,3种生物有机肥料可使蔬菜产量提高15.1%~37.3%。②在提高品质上,3种生物有机肥料能有效地降低苋菜和芹菜可食部分的NO3-含量和芹菜粗纤维含量,其中芹菜NO3-含量的降低幅度达1198~1947 mg/kg。③施用大三元生物有机肥的土壤盐分(EC)含量最低,0~10cm耕层的盐分为0.79mS/cm,比对照低0.24mS/cm;10~20cm耕层的盐分为0.55mS/cm,比对照低0.10mS/cm。可见,在温室栽培条件下施用生物有机肥料可以提高叶菜类蔬菜产量、品质和降低土壤盐分的累积。 The research was to probe into effects of biological organic fertilizer on the yield and quality of greenhouse vegetables and salt content in soil with several species of leaf vegetables. Its result indicated the following facts. Firstly, the functions of the three kinds of biological organic fertilizers in increasing production were better than the exclusive vegetable fertilizer (CK) as control. The yields of greenhouse vegetables receiving biological organic fertilizers were increased by 15. 1%~37. 3%. Secondly, the three biological organic fertilizers effectively improved the quality of vegetables through decreasing the nitrate ion content in the edible parts of amaranth and celery as well as the coarse fibers content in celery. Especially, nitrate ion content in celery was decreased by 1 198-1 947 mg/kg. Finally, salt content (EC) in soil receiving the big tri-element fertilizer was the lowest: about 0. 79 mS/cm in 0^-10 cm soil layer, 0. 24 mS/cm lower than the controls about 0. 55 mS/cm in -10~ -20 cm soil layer, 0. 1 mS/cm lower than the control. The above results indicated that applying biological organic fertilizer to greenhouse culture can effectively increase the yield, improve the quality of leaf vegetable and decrease salt accumulation in soil.
