摘要
①目的 观察尿酸氧化酶与低分子肝素联合治疗脑梗死效果。②方法 治疗组 5 8例用尿酸氧化酶与低分子肝素治疗 ,对照组 4 4例用甘露醇和维脑路通、胞二磷胆碱治疗 ,于治疗后 3周观察疗效。③结果 治疗 3周时治疗组神经功能缺损积分较对照组明显减少 (t=2 .5 4 ,P <0 .0 1) ,两组疗效比较差异有显著性 (u =3.39,P <0 .0 1)。④结论 尿酸氧化酶与低分子肝素联合治疗急性脑梗死疗效肯定 ,可防止再梗死。
Objective\ To observe the effect of urokinase in combination with low molecular heparin in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction. \ Methods\ 102 patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into two groups: Treated Group(urokinase plus low molecular heparin, 58 cases)and Control Group (mannitol, WNLT and CDP Choline, 44 cases). The efficacy of both groups was evaluated three weeks after the treatment.\ Results\ The score of deficiency of nerval function in the Treated Group was less than that of the Control Group after treatment for 3 weeks ( t=2.54, P <0.01). The difference in the therapeutic effect between the two groups was significant ( u=3.39, P <0.01). \ Conclusion\ The efficacy of urokinase in combination with low molecular heparin is definite in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction and helpful in the prevention of re infarction.
