摘要
在炉容量为100kg 的铁浴热模型上,用浸没式喷咀做了底喷煤粉、氧气和铁精矿粉的造气与熔融还原热模拟研究,获得了成份符合铁矿预还原过程要求的高温还原气.熔渣中的铁氧化物含量可控制在3%以内。试验还表明,煤氧喷射的 C/O 比是影响煤气及金属成份的重要参数。
Coal gasification and smelting reduction were studied in a 100kg hot model of liquid iron bath by coal-oxygen-ore injection through an immerged bottom nozzle.The results obtained can be summarized as follows. 1.The reducing gas suitable for prereduction of iron ore can be made at 1400-1500℃,with the content of(CO+H_2)being 80—90%.The content of CO in the gas varied between 60% and 70%,and H_2 between 5 and 29% respectively,with different kind of coal used.The CO_2 in the gas can be controlled at less than 5%. 2.The melt temperature for better coal gasification should be 1500- 1600℃. 3.The ratio of carbon to oxygen,C/O,is an important adjustable par- ameter for controlling the composition of gas and carbon content in the melt. 4.The(Fet0)in slag can be limited to less than 3%,even using an iron concentrate powder without prereduction treatment.It is shown that the iron bath with bottom coal-oxygen injection has a strong smelting reduction effect.
