摘要
网络时代并不是简单地随计算机互联网规模扩大而来临 ,而是随网络引起社会深刻变化出现的。计算机网络通过其日益广泛渗透人类通信、文化、经济等社会生活领域 ,正在缔造着网络社会的雏型。完全形态的网络社会则有待于技术进步为网络延伸至支配物质能量的自动控制系统、执行机构创造必要条件 ,形成不仅可以交流信息 ,而且可以控制物质能量的完全形态的网络经济、网络文化教育、网络政治军事等体系 ,使网络关系成为人与人关系、人与机器关系的主体。网络社会引起人文精神失落的忧虑 ,源于对网络社会作为科技与人文高度综合的本质的认识不足 ,但从网络时代到网络社会的过程的确存着科技与人文、正面效应与负面效应的矛盾 ,仍有必要以人文指导、评价科技 。
The network times emerges from the fundamental change brought about by the internet,not simply from the enlargement of internet in its scale.The network is currently establishing the embryonic form of the internet society by penetrating into different fields in the social life,such as communication,culture,and economy,ect.Through the development of technology,the mature form of the network society is expected to make it possible for enlarging the whole internet and controlling the executive bodies as well as the automatic system of the material and energy.Hence,it comes out a series of systems,including network economy,network culture and education,network politics and military,ect.The network relationship that derives from the network society is the core among the following two relationships,the relationship among people and the relationship between people and machine.Because of the less recognition of the nature of the network society as the combination between science and technology and humanity,the network society has caused uncertainties,worries,and doubts in humanistic spirit.However,there exist contradictions between science and technology and humanity,positive and negative effect from the network times to the network society.It is essential to make full use of the potential of the synergetic in the network system under the guidance of humanism,evaluative science and technology.
