摘要
对含砷化物低品位金矿进行了在硫酸铜表面活化剂存在下的浮选条件试验和浮选精矿直接氰化浸出的试验研究。研究得出,毒砂矿物不影响金的直接氰化浸出,并发现往氰化液添加过量的石灰不仅起调节溶液 pH 的作用。而且可降低溶液中的砷离子浓度,从而减少了氰化物的消耗量。根据试验结果给出了综合回收金、银、砷的工艺流程方案.
It is well knouw that it is normally difficult to apply the conventional cyanidation process to the dissolution of gold from ores or concentrates which are associated with arsenopyrite.Many investigators have done a lot of work in recovering gold from arsenical gold ores by direct cyanidation,but they got very different conclusions about the effect of arsenopyrite on the extra- ction of gold.In the test the gold ores,deposited in Liao Ning Province, China,has been found to be in association with arsenic.The gold occurs chiefly in native gold or gold-silver compound associating with arsenopyrite, the main gangue mineral is sericite.The floatation test with copper sulphate as the surface active agent and the direct cyanidation test to floatatc con- centrate containing arsenic 11.55 percent have been made.It is found that the gold dissolution is 95.25 percent and arsenopyrite have no effect on gold dissolution in cyanidation,and the addition of lime to modify pH in cyanidation can decrease the content of arsenic in leaching liquor and the consumption of cyanide.
