摘要
在新形势下 ,加强医德建设是摆在医院各级各类人员面前的一项现实而紧迫的任务。在实际工作中 ,注重医务人员的教育养成 ,树立医务人员的集体、法规和“以患者为中心”的意识 ;注重与患者的沟通 ,认真落实医疗告知 ,加强与患者的情感沟通 ;注重完善规章制度并狠抓落实。树立与时俱进的思想 。
Strengthening the medical ethics construction is a real and urgent assignment putting in face of all or different levels various kind of personnel under the new situation. In real work, the education to lay stress on the doctor and nurses is formed, and sets up the collective of the doctors and nurses, regulations and consciousness that 'takes patient as the center'; Lay stress on and linking up of patients, and conscientiously fixs in advance the medical treatment informing that the emotion strengthened with patient is linked up; Laying stress on the perfect rules and regulations grabs practicable resolutely. Sets up with time all thought advanced, constantly strengthens the medical ethics construction standard.
