摘要
目的 :根据我国目前移植配型实验室现状 ,找出差距 ,积极缩短距离 ,提高我国移植配型水平。方法 :采用回顾分析法。结果 :发现我国移植配型实验室目前在建制、技术标准、管理规范等一系列环节上尚无标准可循 ,造成移植分型和配型结果的异同 ,影响了非亲缘 HL A移植前 ,不同骨髓、脐血库供受体的组织相容性匹配选择。结论 :我国移植配型实验室现状和移植配型结果对移植存活的影响 。
Objective: According to the current status of the transplant matching lab in our country, in order to find the disparity, shorten the gap, and raise the level of the transplant matching. Methods: Using the retrospect analysis. Results: Find out that there is no standard of the organization system, the technological standard, the management criterion, it resulted the difference of the transplant mode and matching, affected the choice of HLA matching of different marrow, navel blood. Conclusion: The status quo of transplant matching lab and influence of living by HLA matching got agreement in the same occupation.
