摘要
疗养院由于受工作性质的制约及医疗市场的调节 ,发展较为缓慢。因此 ,疗养院应立足自我 ,走特色经营的道路 ,努力挖掘自身的潜力 ,使疗养院的卫生资源得到较好的开发和利用 ;同时 ,加强疗养院自身的管理和内涵建设 。
With the improvement of the market economy system after the policy of the innovation and opening, innovation of health goes deep. The hospitals gradually stepped into good orbit to develop themselves. The sanatoriums go slowly by reason of lacking of its character and regulation by market. So sanatorium should keep its own character, go on the way of the special management, dig potential ability, make full use of its resource, enforce self construction of the management and connotation to obtain quite a few competitive ability in the medical market.
