α-SMA在先天性发育不良肾脏中的表达

摘要 目的 :检测先天性肾发育不良患肾组织α -平滑肌肌动蛋白 (α -SMA)的表达并探讨其意义。方法 :应用免疫组织化学方法对 14例先天性发育不良肾、5例正常肾组织α -SMA的表达进行检测。结果 :患肾α -SMA表达较对照组明显增高 (t值 4 .6 9,P <0 .0 0 1)。除在血管组织呈强阳性外 ,原始小管上皮细胞、基膜 ,少数肾小球系膜细胞亦有中等程度表达。结论 :α -SMA蛋白表达的异常参与先天性肾发育不良的发病机制。 Objective: To detect the expression of α-SMA in human dysplasia kidney and to probe into its significance. Methods: The expression of α-SMA protein was determined in 14 specimens with renal dysplasia and 5 normal control specimens by immunohistochemistry. Results: The expression of α-SMA is obviously increased in dysplasia kidney( t =4.69, P <0.00 1) Besides that vasculium appears strong positive, anhi_tubular epithelia, based mucous, the small number of measangial cells also appear the middle degree expression .Conclusions: The altered expression of α-SMA in dysplasia kidney might contribute to the ontogenesis of this kidney malformation.
