不育男性沙眼衣原体感染与附属腺功能测定 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨沙眼衣原体 (CT)感染对男性附属腺功能的影响。方法 应用化学法分别检测 4 0例正常生育男性 (正常对照组 )和 6 2例 CT感染不育男性 (CT感染组 )的精浆中酸性磷酸酶 (ACP)、果糖 (Fru)和 α-葡萄糖苷酶 (α- Glu)含量。结果  CT感染组中精浆 ACP和α- Glu含量明显低于正常对照组 ,两组之间差异存在显著性 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,而 Fru两组之间差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论  CT感染对前列腺和附睾功能具有干扰作用 ,测定精浆中 ACP、Fru和 α- Glu含量可帮助判断 CT感染所致男性不育者的状态 。 Objective To study the effect of chlamydia trachomatis(CT)infection to subsidiary gland function of sterile males.Methods Acid phosphatase(ACP)?Fructose(Fru)?α glucosidase(α Glu)in seminal plasma of 40 fertile men(normal group)and 62 inferile men infected by CT(CT infection group)were measured with chemical technique.Results The content of ACP and α Glu in seminal plasma of CT infection group decreased moreobviously than that in normal group,difference was significant between these two groups( P <0.05),and no significant difference of Fru was not found between these two groups( P >0.05).Conclusion Chlamydia trachomatis infection can disturb the function of prostate and subsidiary testis,Analysis the confent of ACP?Fru?α Glu in seminal plasma may be helpful in the assessment of CT infection caused infertile male's statement and also can gride treatment effectively.
