摘要
目的 :研究聚乳酸管注入白芨胶和雪旺细胞对周围神经再生的影响。方法 :30只Wister大鼠分为两组 ,分别在聚乳酸管 (A组 )注入或不注入 (B组 )白芨胶和雪旺细胞来桥接单侧坐骨神经 10mm缺损。术后第 8、 12周进行显微解剖学、组织学等检查。结果 :A组神经再生明显。结论
Objective:To study the influence of peripheral nerve regeneration through polylactic acid conduit with bletilla colloid(BC)and schwann cells(SCs).Methods:Thirty Wister rats were randomly divided into two groups.The polylactic acid conduit with(Group A)or without(Group B)BC and SCs bridged single lateral sciatic nerve defect 10 millimetres in length in rats.At 8th,12th week after operated,the histological method and microdissective technique were carried out.Results:Group A could accelerate peripheral nerve regeneration efficiently.Conclusion:BC carried SCs in polylactic acid conduit can accelerate and increase perpheral nerve regeneration.
