摘要
介绍了北京大学深圳医院推行彻底的、全方位的后勤服务社会化的构思、做法和成效。重点是如何破译后勤管理难题的关键点,探索后勤管理价值升华的有效途径,以及创造利于后勤管理创新模式推广的必要条件。强调应突破传统后勤观,确立现代医院“大后勤”的新观念,通过体制创新和科学化、专业化的管理,使新型后勤服务模式能为医教研工作提供高附加值。
Thought, method and success of practicing thorough, all - sided logistics reform in Shenzhen Hospital of Peking University was introduced in this article. We think the most important is to explore an effective way to improve the value of logistic management. We also emphasize that the traditional conception of logistics must be broken, the conception that General Logistics' of modern hospital should be established. We obtained appended benefits for medical treatment, education and research through innovation by systemic scientific and professional management.
