摘要
介绍了采用准16位单片机8089的热处理炉炉温自控系统的特点、性能、控制算法以及软、硬件设计。该系统采用了较新颖的Bang-Bang控制与积分分离PID控制双模控制算法,以及合理的软硬件结构。取得了较满意的控制效果。
The features, functions and control algorithms as well as the software and hardware designs of the 8098 quasi-16 bit single chip computer are introduced. The optimum Bang Bang con- trol and integral-imdependant PID dual mode control algorithms and the reasonable con- struction on both hardware and software sides are adopted in the system. Satisfactory control result has been obtained.
