摘要
体外循环技术自应用于临床以来,极大地促进了心血管外科的发展,但体外循环并发症发生率仍然很高,与体外循环有关的意外亦时有发生。体外循环的管理及质量控制在一定程度上可以减轻或避免体外循环的不良预后。本文探讨了体外循环管理及质量控制工作的理论基础及重要性,并分析了影响体外循环工作质量的原因,总结了提高体外循环工作质量的对策,对医院建院后体外循环工作进行了总结。
Since it' s application in clinical practice, cardie-pulmonary bypass boosts the development of cardiovascular surgery greatly. But it still has very high occurrence of complications, and accidents connected cardiopulmonary bypass often occurred. Management and quality controlling of cardiopulmonary bypass can reduce, even avoid these adverse outcomes. Basic theories and importance of management and quality controlling of cardiopulmonary bypass are discussed and reasons that influence quality controlling are analyzed in the article. Working summaries of cardiopulmonary bypass in our hospital since our hospital was established was made also.
