摘要
介绍了调节阀流量特性的软件修正的基本原理,给出了调节阀从固有的流量特性修正到期望特性的计算公式。通过编制软件实现后,能使同一台调节阀拥有多种流量特性,从而简化了阀芯的加工和在控制对象不同时均有良好的调节品质。
The basic principle of the software correction on flow characteristic of the control valve is intro- duced. The calculation formula for correcting the inherent flow characteristic of the control valve to the desired characteristic is given. Through software implementation, various flow characteris- tic could be obtained with the same control valve. Thus the fabrication of the valve stem is simplified and excellent control qua; ity will be obtained for different control objects.
