摘要
防止柴油机气缸体产生缩孔缺陷的措施有 :降低砂型与砂芯的发气量 ;选用碳当量为 3.96 %～ 4.0 5 %与Si/C <0 .5 5 ;Cr含量 <0 .15 %。
In order to prevent shrinkage of the diesel engine cylinder body producing shrinkage, the methods such as reducing the quantity of the gas evolution in the sand mould and core, selections of the 3.96%～4.05% carbon equivalent and the <0.55% Si/C casting iron chemical composition, and using< 0.15% Cr are adopted.
