摘要
为了降低燃料消耗 ,轿车铸件朝着轻量化、精确化、强韧化和复合化方向发展。而扩大铝合金的应用是轿车工业的重要发展趋势 ,目前几乎全部轿车缸盖已采用高强度铝合金生产 ,预计有更多的缸体也将采用铝合金生产。世界若干主要的轿车制造厂各自所采用铸造技术 ,如压力铸造、中压铸造、低压铸造、金属型铸造、Cosworth法、精确砂型铸造、实型铸造和湿型铸造 。
Owing to reducing the consumption of fuel, the car has a tendency to lighter, more accurate, more stiffness, and more complex. One of the most important directions of car industry is the application of aluminium alloy level. Now the cylinder covers of cars are produced by high intensity aluminium alloy, and it can be used further. In this paper several main abroad car-made plant's founding technology methods, such as pressure casting, full mold casting, green mold casting, Cosworth casting and so on,are introduced.
