摘要
随着中小企业在经济发展中地位的提高和作用的不断加强 ,各国政府重视发展中小企业以促进本国经济发展 ,已成为一种普遍趋势。中小企业的发展对我国经济的发展有着重大的意义。通过对中美两国中小企业发展所面临的法律政策环境、行政管理机构和融资环境 3个方面进行比较研究 ,指出了中国中小企业发展环境存在的主要问题 。
