摘要
介绍了λ -ZrO2 氧传感器在汽车尾气净化系统中的作用及其工作原理 ,采用低温处理制备出无团聚的氧化锆超细粉体 ,经等静压成型、高温烧结 ,制备出了λ -ZrO2 氧传感器 ,在模拟发动机燃烧的动态测试系统上测试了氧传感器的综合性能 ,并与国内外的同类产品进行了比较。
The effect and the action principle of λ-ZrO 2 oxygen sensor for automotive applications were introduced.A series of zirconia ultrafine powders without agglomeration was prepared by subzero treatment.A λ-ZrO 2 oxygen sensor was produced through isostatic compacting,sintering and so on.The performances of the oxygen sensor prepared were tested in dynamic-test system with burner simulating internal-combusition engine and compared with the same kind of external products.
