摘要
介绍一种高耐压应变型靶式流速传感器,考虑了被测流体粘性的影响,利用流体力学的方法给出了一种简单实用的设计计算公式,用结构有限元程序对传感器弹性元件进行了振动特性分析,并与实验值进行了比较。
A strain type target flow velocity transducer with high pressure resistant feature is introduced. Based on fluid mechanics method, a simple and practical calculation formula with consideration for the effects of the viscosity of measured fluid is given. The vibration characteristics of the elastic element in the transducer are analyzed by using structural finite element program and compared with the experimental values.
