摘要
介绍了锤熔炉生产工艺,提出控制对象的模型为一个非线性时变环节,采用线性化处理来解决;并针对工艺特点,提出分段控制的策略。本文还用根轨迹法对全系统进行了分析,确定了合适的控制系统。
The process technology of hammering furnace is introduced. A model of controlled process as a non-linear time varying element is stated and solved by linearization method. Based on the features of the process, the section-splitted control strategy is used. The overall system is analyzed by using root-locus method and an appropriate control system is determined.
